The breakfast options were quite simple, yet they

provided a nice start to our day. The staff was helpful when we needed guidance on the area, and the check-in process was efficient. However, I felt the luggage policy could be improved as there was no storage after check-out.

Checking into the Prince Smart Inn in Atami was super easy with the automated system. My room was quite spacious, featuring a nice shower with both rain and standard heads that I loved using. Location couldn't be better. just a short walk to Atami Station and various shops. Free ice was a nice touch, especially when I wanted a chilled drink. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Limited options meant I wasn't completely satisfied. Also, I noticed no kettle in my room, which meant heading downstairs for a hot drink. A minor inconvenience, but still something that could be improved. Finally, there weren't any luggage storage facilities after checkout, which complicated my travel plans a bit. Quite annoying, especially with all the luggage I had. Overall, I appreciate the clean space and automation but hope for a few adjustments in services next time.
